About The Chap App
Who We Are
The Chap App was created and is managed by Pastor Matt Jones of Del Rey Church in Playa Del Rey, California. Matt is Chaplain of the Los Angeles Airport Police Department.
Our Mission
The Chap App gives the men and women of law enforcement easy access to the care, encouragement and resources their local chaplain provides — anytime, anywhere.
How It Works
Select your department to see your chaplain's resources. No account is needed. You can submit prayer requests, read praise reports, find peer support, explore articles and more.
For Chaplains
Chaplains create an account to manage their department's content, receive prayer and meeting requests, and share resources from The Chap App Library.
Confidential Care
Requests you submit go only to your department's chaplain. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.
